9 miles with 8 x 70 sec. @ 5:05-5:15 pace.
Just wanted see if the legs could turn over OK, and they responded well. Only thing is, my endurance is still toast. I'm just still tired. Still, good workout and leaves me cautiously confident about at least doing alright at the Ramble.
