8 miles. Track workout. 8 x 400 at 75 for the most part and then 73, 73, 70 to close, 2 x 200 at 31 and 30. Good workout and actually gives me a little confidence about Hollis. Felt comfortable the whole time (well, except the 200m 30, but that's just because I'm slow.)
