Weights and core.
Spread out the running with Keith, John and Josh. Excited to be coaching them again. Keith is getting calls from some very good schools with very good track programs after running a 1:58 800 in only his 4th go at it. Couldn't ask for a better young man to coach.
Great to see John and Josh healthy and running again. Now to just keep them that way and have them ready for XC.
