8 miles running with Keith and John.
Didn't know how the legs (or the heart, for that matter) would respond after the 3:45, 71 mile bike effort yesterday, but lo and behold, I was able to lead Keith through a 10/6 minute tempo from 5:41 to 5:34 pace. No problem.
Again, I have no idea what to expect at Carver, but just the fact that I can run without fatigue or pain is golden.
Weights and core after. No bike.
