19.15 miles with a great crew up in Belmont leaving from Robert Cipriano's house. Mike came up and man, did he run strong. I held on for the longest run I've done since early November and felt no worse for the wear, even going a little quicker at the end. Pace overall was 6:59. Went to the BU Terrier Invite after and watched, among other things, Rupp grab the 2-mile record. Great running day all around.
