Another day of no running, but with the balmy 45 degree weather, I had to hit the bike. It's amazing how good it felt to just get moving on that thing. Went for 20 miles in just over an hour. Didn't break any speed records, but kept up a 18-22 mph average. Felt great and seemed to get things moving in the leg without irritating things. Maybe even helped some.
