Thursday, January 30th, 2014

8.2 miles. Warmed up for 2 with Justin & Tom, then did 3 sets of Fartleks at a good pace. Stayed honest. By the 3rd, the long sections were 5:08 and the shorter ones were 4:55 and faster. The recoveries were a good 6:30-6:45 consistently.
Great workout.
