IT band is acting up something fierce. Hasn't bothered me in 10 years. Great.
Plus, another part of my body is also not feeling especially right. Oy.

Arrgh..that is the ONE thing I haven't had since coming back to running but it is always in the back of my mind... I had it awful Sr. year in HS and had it 2 or 3 times in college....but never had it since starting running again in late 2006... Not sure why it acted up on my back then and not any time recently... ice ice ice...anti inflammatories, massaging, etc. And stop doing 5:30 pace for 12 mile runs! ;) Take care of yourself. You have plenty of time before Mt. Washington in June ;)

Yeah, this thing flew in out of nowhere. I hadn't had a single issue with it since I ran NYC in 2006. I figure it was excitement over getting a treadmill and my hitting it solely for a week. Oh well, the band seems to be lessening it cries now.
Mount Washington? Oh man, I haven't even looked at my schedule yet to see if it will permit me to finally sign up for that torture. Every year I hope it won't. ;-)
