Tired today and I can't lie that for the last two miles I felt the calf a little. Not pain, but a presence for sure. The 19 on Saturday had to catch up with me somewhere (too much too soon, but I wouldn't take it back.)
Better to take a rest day and come back strong with a workout tomorrow and another mid-long on Sunday.
