10 miles with workout.
78 degrees and sunny (aaaaahhhhh...) so I was able to get loose easily and quickly. Warmed up 3 and then went 4x90 from 5:08 pace to 5:02 with 90 sec. jog recovery. Then 2 x 60 at 4:55 and 4:54 and 2 x 30 at 4:32 and 4:24.
Went 3 more for 10. Felt really good. Not blazing, but I at least feel like the race Saturday should see me going 5:10 or under for 5k without doubt.
