31 miles bike. Great ride from Eastham to Brewster, back out to Wellfleet and back. Against the wind for the first 8, but I crushed it (relative to my mediocre cycling ability) after for a 20.1 mph average and a KOM on the Old Orchard-Brackett .8 section in 1:55. Average HR of 140 for and hour and a half.
