Well, so ends another week with pitiful numbers, but just enough to still stay in ultimate-low-baseline shape. With this cold, the breathing gets harder and harder, but I just want to maintain this sort of neutral status, so that when it leaves, I can actually, eventually race on some slightly elevated training.
