7 miles. Track workout.
First time on the track in well over a year. Felt very surprisingly very good. Ran with Mike and Rory.
Warmed up, then did 800 in 2:28, then 8 x 200 from 34 to 32. Felt even the whole way. Felt fine after the cooldown. Great night.
