9 miles @ 6:31 pace. Virtually all of my runs have been the same. They start with a 7:10-7:25 opener, then get quickly to 6:35 pace for a couple, and then right to sub-6:30, ending with a few sub-6:20's. No great effort, just feeling good breathing and having a longer, slower stride. It's all at once new and familiar. Regardless, I feel really good just running.
