10 miles in Chatham with Ian Nurse today. Felt great leg-wise and felt like the lungs will come. Over the worst of the cold and it seems as if the Deegs and I will all be starting from the same take-off point for Boston. Did @ 6:35 going down to 6:16. Good stuff.
Ian's a great person and reminds me how much I enjoy the people that this wonderful, weird sport seems to attract. Good stuff.
