12 miles with the Deegs. Just went into Wellfleet and back. Tom's battling the same cold I had, it looks like. We averaged around 6:50-6:55 and just took it slow. Probably end the week in the 60's and then do a long one on Monday. 42 so far for the week. Race at George's on Sunday.
