7 miles recovery with the Deegs between 6:40 and 7:25. Ran the Wellfleet race course with a couple extra miles tacked on for good measure. Good to get out and loosen up after the last 2 days' efforts. 30 so far for the 3-day week. 12 tomorrow and 8-10 Saturday before a 20 on Sunday (probably a 10-11 after the race at George's.)
