13 miles at 6:20 pace. Basically a progression run as I started with a 6:40 and went down to 6:08. Felt smooth even though my stomach started to show the signs of a 2 day food bender brought on by Sunday's 20. 
I took yesterday off and ate probably 4000 calories worth of food and drank a gallon of water or so. I still felt light going in to today after taking yesterday off entirely, but it didn't last long as there was simply too much input over the course of Sunday night and yesterday. Oh well, still smooth and breathing was easy. 
15 tomorrow, 8-10  Thursday, 12 Friday, 10 Saturday and then up to Boston for 20-22 with Chris Hamel and Mark Hudson on the Boston course. We're meeting at Wellesley and going to the finish and back. Should be great as I'm in way better shape this year than last. Last year I felt OK, but still like if anyone was faking it a bit, it was me.
