5 before class outdoors at 6:58, 5 indoors after class at 6:57. Easy and smooth. Did some weights between runs.
Amazed at how loose and without pain I feel after 14 and 21 the last 2 days. 
45 so far the week. 
The DH is looking to be snowy as hell. As long as we can get there, we'll be OK.
