11 miles at 6:20 overall. Did some 5:48-6:03 stuff from 6-11. Felt really smooth and figured it would be best to get a decent effort in before taking it easy the next 2 before DH.
56 so far for the week. I'm counting on 14 total on Sunday, so tomorrow I'll do 7 and 5 and 8 on Saturday. If all goes well, I should end up with 88-90 by week's end.
