Oct. 18th, 2010

12.3 miles @ 6:33 pace.
Legs felt great, and hell why shouldn't they? 38 miles on 4 days last week left me feeling basically tapered and dandy.
Still have the cold and feel it in both energy and my head full of snot and a little in the chest, but still felt good throughout and most 2nd half miles were in the 6:18 range without much effort.
I know the rest of the week won't feel as easy, but am psyched to just get back to some training.
