7 early afternoon @ 6:59 pace. Roads, paths and trails.
7 later in Chatham, started out fast and stayed that way, as I caught up to Paul Hufnagel and we went 6:00-6:15 all the way in.
Feeling the last 3 days, so tomorrow has to be easier.
