15 miles.
6x5 minutes at 5:15 pace, 6x6 minutes at 6:18 pace, back to back to back. It wasn't easy, but I felt strong throughout and didn't lose form. 3 mile warmup, 1/2 mile cooldown. Great workout and glad to have it over with.
