Jan. 26th, 2011

12 miles indoors @ 6:55 pace with 1 set of weights.
Legs and lungs both took a long-ass time to get going. 1st 5 mile were just not fun. Took a 1/2 hour and did weights, came back and things felt a bit better. Still the last 2 miles, I was feeling yesterdays speedwork.
