Feb. 2nd, 2011

10 miles.
7 around Eastham. Took me 4 miles to feel decent, but then the strides got long and the lungs kicked in and 6:19 or faster was a cinch.
Did 3 miles and weights later at the gym.
Definitely need a good half hour of running to warm up for the mile. Might sound silly, but I'm just not opened up until that right now.
