8 miles. 4 @ noon with Keith, 4 @ 2 hours later alone on the abbr. ocean loop.
The 4 with Keith was part of his workout on the track. I didn't try to keep up with him, but just went @ 5:20 pace on each of the 2 x 200 and 2 x 400's. Felt fine (but slow.)
Funny thing was Max Darrah was doing a workout, as he was home for the holiday, and he made us look damned slow.
Really glad I came away from consecutive days and some quicker stuff feeling OK. Taking tomorrow off and then going for 10-12 on Sunday, which will get me close to 40 for the week. Yikes.
