6 miles pretty quick around the roads of Eastham. Feeling the twinge I aggravated during yesterday's PT, so tomorrow I'll take it easy and play it by ear. If I can run and make it consecutive days, great. If not, it'll just be a lesson learned.
Tried some 5k pace at the end and came away with 5:18 pace for .3. Not great, but about what can be expected right about now. Hard (but not impossible) to think of holding that pace for 10 miles or more racing. Only time will tell.
