11 miles.
That's right, and it felt fine (well, the injury felt fine. The rest of both legs felt like I'd run 22.)
Still, this changes the plan from going 8 today, 9 Saturday, 10 Monday and then Wednesday starting the daily runs. I'm taking tomorrow off and then going for 5 & 5 on Saturday and Sunday.
