7 miles at the Chatham run with Paul H.
Great run and of course, didn't intend to run that quick (6:45 to 6:07,) but Paul always runs fast when I'm with him and vice versa. Everything felt pretty good and considering it was the third stab at consecutive days, I think all's going well.
Nice to be sitting on a Wednesday with 13 miles under my belt (again, never thought I'd be so happy in writing such a thing.)
