7 miles @ 6:30 pace. Felt so easy and smooth. Only a little tightness in the first 2 miles. This was the first day I've done something over 5 and felt like I could easily keep going for 3-4 more and be no worse for the wear.
I'll try to run every day this week and do something @ 12 Sunday. If I can do that and end up in one piece, I can hopefully start thinking about doing some fast miles or some track work.
