Real easy going out, a little quicker coming back. Felt pretty good, but I gotta say that I didn't feel like any more would have been such a great idea, making my decision to skip the 1/2 seem all the smarter. Missing the 5k was smart as well, but not as easy to reconcile. Oh well. My legs are thanking me for sure.
