4 miles w/6 x 100 strides.
New Nike Lunar Montreal's. Combo of the original Lunar Trainer and Lunar Racers with a heel cup like the Free. They're actually a touch lighter than the first Lunaracer (6.3 oz.) Felt great on the track and the road. Hope they bring me something good tomorrow.
