4.5 miles on the mill before I had to shut it down. Leg's not cooperating. It's not a disaster, but I need to take the time off, which frankly is just as well, as this cold isn't going anywhere either.
Regardless, the Irish Village is out, which is a bummer, as I reallyw anted to go out there and at least see if I could hold 5:15's for a while.
Oh well. On to Bedford.
