Went out to the woods for two reasons- Legs felt a little beat up after the hilly 12, and I felt I needed a little trail running before the XC meet.
Ended up feeling great, plus it was warm out, so I quickly found myself back under 6:30 pace again and for the last 4 kept it at 6:00 or under. Great run and leaves me more confident about the races coming up.
