10 miles. Double.
5 early @ 6:48 pace with the last 2 easy and smooth at 6:23. Really happy with how good my legs felt and that there was no pain, no loss of energy, no fatigue after the fairly tough 15 yesterday.
5 later at the gym @ 6:58 with weights and core.
Good day. Feeling better and better about how things are going.
