15 miles with Scott on roads, paths, beaches and hills. 1:59 for a time, but I swear it was more work than that. Great run and gives me a solid 60 for a 6-day week.
This week was very good. I was healthy, my eating has gotten back on a good track and I feel better already from it. Energy is just, well, better. More even.
