Wasn't able to make the hill workout today, which ultimately turned out to be an OK thing, as no way was I in any shape for it. Just dog tired. Felt it last night at the gym and it definitely carried into today. 7:20 pace in the woods was all I could muster (I mean, it was an easy pace, but pushing even a bit was just exhausting.) So, get a good sleep, eat a good breakfast, double with a morning hill workout tomorrow and get back on track, right? Right.
