9 in the a.m. @ 6:37. Felt great. Sub 6:30 pace was just a breeze.
3 later with weights and core at the gym. Would have gone for 5 were it not for a tight hammy and the fact that the previous 3 days definitely left me tired (which I could tell from the moment I started lifting.)
Still, feel OK now and no worse for the wear.
