13 miles. Easy double.

9 early. Ran in the new Lunaracer 3's and felt so damned springy and good, I found myself dipping to 6:37 pace when this supposed to be a nothing-under-7:10 eeeeeeasy run. Damned shoes. Overall I ended up with 6:55, but stil...
Weights and core later with 4 easy (different shoes) on the mill. Good day.
