10 miles. Hill workout.

Went out to Wellfleet alone and did the hill workout I've been doing with Scott and Mike the last 4 weeks.
Hit the first one in 58, went down the other side and came back up that one in 68, both quick firsts, and now that I'd done that, I was committed to going no slower than 1 second more on any given one, not to mention I was going to have to do the last one faster still.
It wasn't easy, especially alone, but I managed to do every one quickly, even ending up with some 57 and 67 readings in the middle. Ended with a 67 and 57. Did 7 x 100 meter strides ti finish it out before cooling down with 2+ miles.
Really happy about how that went.
