Workout with Mike and Scott in Eastham on the ocean loop twice. Mile repeats a little faster than MP.
3 mile warmup, then 5:41 with recovery @ 6:10, 5:39, recovery same, 5:44 into the wind and snowy road with a 6:35 recovery, but still honest enough for it to work. 1 mile cooldown.
Good run and really a pleasure to have a fast, smart runner like Mike to pace with.
