9 in the a.m. with Scott. ran pretty quick, considering the last 2 days, and got a 6:22 in there.
5 later after weights and core at the gym. Went out on the bike trail and warmed up for 2, then went 5:57 and 5:48 pretty easily. 1 mile cooldown. And now, I'm feeling a bit tired (but still not too bad, really.)
