10 x 70 sec. workout.
Thought I'd feel tired after the last 3 days and the cold still hanging around a little, but nope, felt pretty good. Started off easy with 5:17 pace, but got it down to 4:52 with room to accelerate even after 10. Good stuff and leaves me feeling confident going into the weekend.
