13 miles. Medium/easy.
Just wanted to get a mid-long in and not kill myself. Went out easy and found sub-7:00 to be no problem, so I just kept it @ 6:45-6:50 and finished with sub 6:40's for a 6:44 overall pace. Right calf acted up a couple times, but never became an issue.
