Saturday, April 6th, 2013

9 miles @ 6:47 pace. Easy and smooth. I tried a couple 5:15 segments for 60 or so seconds and the leg felt fine, so I'm thinking that as long as I warm up nice and easy tomorrow, I should be just fine for the race (albeit maybe just a little tired after 9 and weights.)
