7 miles run.
0 bike.

My right eye has a scratch, abrasion or something incredibly uncomfortable on the inside of the lid, and it's made light or even simply blinking a rather painful thing. With an eyepatch on and sunglasses over that, with this handicap, I decided to do a road workout.
Warmed up 2 miles, then did the 10x70 @ 5k pace, 60 sec. recovery at 6:30-6:45 thing. Went into the wind on the first 5 and it took something out of me for sure (not to mention the eye and the resulting lack of depth perception.)
Still managed 5:03 to 5:12 pace. Eased up for 2 minutes after the first 5, then went hard again and got faster. 5:03-4:57 for the last.
Still not where I want to be, but OK.
