0 miles run.
30.5 miles bike.
So, this was the balancing week where I had to focus more on the run than the bike, and so I did.
What I hadn't counted on was that at the end of the week, I would be a wreck with eye issues, sleep issue and overall time issues.
Still, it ended with good bike rides and 2 good workouts running, plus 30+ miles on the run, which is a marked uptick (never thought I'd be saying that. Plus, the best part is that my legs feel good, so Carver didn't totally destroy me.
