7 miles run with Keith and John doing fartlek workouts. Ran behind Keith, ran with John.
32 miles bike later with Tom with my first KOM on the Gull Slide segment. 1.7 miles in 3:43 for a 27.3 avaerage. Tom and I worked the segment great. He led it most of the way with very little drafting, but with both of us just trying to push the pace. I led the last .3 until the the final 200m push, and then I sprinted and snagged it (it must be pointed out that he let me go.) Great fun and we now know we can manage that segment well and go even faster.
