20 miles.
Started slow and kept it between 7:05 and 7:30 for the first 12, then picked it up a little, but not much. Finished strong and smooth with sub 6:40 the last 4 and 6:11 on 20. Felt really good. Definitely getting more distance-fit. Nowhere near where I need to be to really race long, but I'll be able to handle it.
