10 miles. 5 early, 5 a few hours later.
Was slated to go long today, but forgot that we had a midday meeting with a client. Photo shoot in the a.m., run, meeting, run, work at night. Full-ass day. Long tomorrow. Still an OK week and that workout made it so.
